In the water treatment industry, our customers use MagnaChem as a source of iron for the production of water treatment chemicals like ferric sulphate, ferrous sulphate, ferric chloride and ferric aluminium sulphate.

Mineral origin

LKAB Minerals processes MagnaChem from its own group resources in the north of Sweden. Therefore we can ensure a long-term reliable source of consistent quality material. Our MagnaChem is manufactured from the natural mineral Magnetite.

Toxicology

The product is harmless to the environment and non-toxic in all its forms. Also, unlike other active ingredients in the water treatment industry, MagnaChem is one of the few environmentally friendly materials.
