Robyn Inman is our Customer Services Team Leader at LKAB Minerals’ Runcorn site. In her role, Robyn works closely with production managers, site managers, and maintenance engineers to ensure smooth operations and accurate communication with customers. A key part of her job involves managing stock levels, monitoring lead times, and ensuring she never overpromises to customers.
Robyn’s day-to-day tasks include handling customer enquiries, arranging transport for orders, and supporting the commercial team. She leads a close-knit customer service team, working alongside production supervisors and the works manager to deliver exceptional service.
One of Robyn’s biggest challenges is navigating the male-dominated industry she works in. However, she feels respected and valued as a team member. Her proudest achievement is being entrusted with a leadership role at just 22 years old, allowing her to shape customer service standards across the company.
